Beautiful house located in a very quiet residential area, just 400m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Calella de Palafrugell, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
The house is distributed over two floors and has a maximum capacity of 7 people.
The house belongs to a complex of 5 houses with a community pool and a totally independent private garden where you can enjoy peace and tranquility.
It consists of a living room with tv, fireplace and direct access to a furnished terrace and private garden where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed (150x190cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), 2 bedrooms with a single bed each. It has 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and a toilet on the ground floor besides a service auxiliary room with a shower.
Pets accepted on request. Youth groups not allowed.
Calella de Palafrugell is one of the most beautiful villages on the Costa Brava, which stands out for its beautiful beach of clear and crystalline water, its walk covered with pine trees on the round roads.
