Great house with private pool, located in Mas Guelo a quiet urbanization in Blanes, at less than 3 km from the beach.
The house has a maximum capacity for 10 people, with 5 double bedrooms.
The house is divided into 2 floors. On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms: one with a double bed (suite with bathtub), and the other two with 2 single beds in each one. Bathroom with a shower.
On the lower floor is where we find the spacious living room (TV) with direct access to the outdoor area. A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave) and two double bedrooms: one with a double bed (suite with bathtub) and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower.
The outdoor area has a private pool (8×4), barbecue and large terraces where you can enjoy the sun. Also, it is fully furnished to could have wonderful breakfasts in the sun.
The garage has capacity for maximum 4 cars, with a direct access from the house.
Optional heating (extra cost in case of use 100€/week).
Pets not accepted.
Young people groups are not accepted. The house is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
