The 300m2 internal space consists of a dining room with fireplace and tv. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need: cutlery, pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. You will find 2 double bedrooms (135 x 190cm and 150 x 190cm beds), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90 x 190cm bed), 1 bedroom with trundle bed (80 x 190cm), 2 bathrooms with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Rules and special deposit for young people:
A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client’s departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p.m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.
